Let Go

There have been some wonderfully awesome collaborations as of late.  I plan on dissecting this one to the fullest.  This is a warning, I plan on blowing your mind.

The song:

RAC’s “Let Go” featuring Kele and MNDR.

I’m going to start with RAC. We heard a sick RAC remix of Lana Del Rey’s “Blue Jeans” which I so considerately showed you here a while back.  An unreal remix of a song that is full of sorrow and despair, RAC adds some light and dance to Lana’s heartbreak anthem.

Let’s move onto Kele, the lead singer from Bloc Party, this guy can do no wrong in my eyes.  Not only do I love Block Party, but Kele had a song that I made all of my friends listen to on repeat my senior year.  Every chance I could get I changed the music to this unreal song from his first solo album.  Needless to say j and c heard this song probably more than they wanted to.  I’m still obsessed with it to this day.

Finally, MNDR.  Talk about fun, trendy and fitting right into this wonderful threesome of awesome.  Give this a listen and I’ll let you decide.

Mind Blown.

Now, my friends.  Go.  Go and listen to this because it won’t disappoint.  a

black tattoo

So here’s a bit of music gossip for you:
Remember the tattooed heart-throb I gushed about a few months ago?  To refresh your memory, that heart-throb is Bradley Soileau, a model, dj, and all-around cocky A.H.  Apparently he is keen on publicly bashing the likes of Nicki Minaj and Jeffree Star.  He plays the boyfriend in Lana Del Rey’s “Blue Jeans” and “Born to Die” videos.  In real life, he plays the role of husband to “gangster rock” singer Porcelain Black (Alaina Beaton).  She may get cred for working with Lil’ Wayne, but after watching her video, you’ll agree with me that Soileau should have stayed trapped inside Lana’s “Blue Jeans”…

*note: you should probably stop listening after :58.
